Second edition, great. So I am here with Jon Miller, the founder and CEO of Engagio and author of the new guide. So Jon, tell us. What’s in the new guide and why did we write the second edition?
Yeah well, I mean we published that first guide, almost exactly three years ago. And obviously, I think marketing in ABM has changed a lot in those three years. Probably the most foundational difference is that, ABM is here to stay, right? And nobody anymore is asking, why should I do ABM, or what is ABM? What people want to focus on today is how do I do ABM. What are the best practices.
Now in that three years, since I wrote that first guide, we’ve learned a lot. Engagio had no customers, actually, when we released that first guide. Now we work with over 200 of the world’s most sophisticated ABM marketers. All that learning has now been incorporated into the book, and I’m just super excited. We updated almost 70% of the guide with new stats, new case studies, new metrics, and most importantly new best practices.
